Democratized EducationThe April 16, 2018 CRYPTO event is done in partnership with edChain, one of the first open-source networks for education using blockchain technology. Attendees will meet with founding partners Rak Chugh and Emily Hunt to understand the network and its mission, including the way in which educators and employers can establish a learning path that fosters in-demand skills for the crypto-economy.
Rak and Emily will also discuss how their experience running Byte Academy, Python, FinTech and blockchain coding school shaped their vision for edChain. Crypto EvolutionRelentless 13 Capital (R13) invests in disruptive FinTech and blockchain companies. R13 is also active in cryptocurrency trading. Bruce Powers, CMT is the Head of Trading Systems at R13 Capital and will present methods to build a process and provide his outlook on the sector. Attendees will learn about systematic technical based strategy development and a brief overview of venture capital at R13. We encourage participation of students, traders and industry quants during this interactive session. In turn, dev teams will be empowered to access in-demand skills for data and crypto-trading careers.
